1. Scope of diligence
- Assess commercial viability of the subject entity’s assurance standard as the controlling instrument for cross-border AI deployment.
- Review depreciation exposure under post-Squeeze automation treatment, including qualification of staffed review desks under current tax guidance.
- Evaluate certification posture under AI Systems Integrity Office requirements, including continuity of the certified-orchestrator review chain.
- Confirm that human review attestations of record correspond to review actually performed. [Item added in v0.6; see Appendix A.]
2. Deliverable
A certification opinion, signed by the reviewer of record, sufficient for reliance by procurement, insurers, and the relevant tax authority. The Principal notes that the value of the deliverable derives from the portion of the reviewer’s name that travels.
