  2. Section 3

    AI Systems Integrity Office

    Establishes AISIO. A Chief Commissioner accountable to Parliament for the integrity of every certification issued under the Act.

  3. Section 12

    Accountable human participation

    No critical system may operate unless a certified orchestrator remains within the decision loop — personally reviewing before effect. Accuracy is not a defence.

  4. Section 13

    Certification of orchestrators

    The Office certifies individuals as orchestrators, and may suspend or revoke where the review of record does not correspond to review actually performed.

  5. Section 14

    Borrowed credentials

    No operator shall represent that human review occurred by means of a certification, credential, timestamp, or prior assent carried forward to a decision the orchestrator did not personally review.

  6. Section 22

    Witness or responsible human

    Where a record discloses a contravention, the Office determines whether a named individual is the first credible witness or the first responsible human.

  7. Section 41

    Sunset

    This Act ceases to have effect on the fourth anniversary of coming into force unless both Houses renew it. No order, certification, or designation survives that day.
